Celebrate Father's Day with Show-Stopping Artingstall's Gin

Hollywood film director, Paul Feig who is famously known for blockbuster hits such as The Heat, Last Christmas and the Oscar-nominated Bridesmaids has created a new premium spirit, Artingstall’s Gin, available in the UK via the Whisky Exchange for £39.95.

After spending years searching for the perfect gin for his beloved martini, Paul collaborated with Minhas Micro Distillery to create Artingstall’s gin. Named after his mother's maiden name, Paul worked closely with Ravinder Minhas, Co-Founder of Minhas Micro Distillery, to create the perfect spirit designed with a blend of eleven botanicals to produce a truly versatile gin fit for a starring role behind any bar. 

Artingstall’s signature blend of eleven botanicals includes the likes of orris root, coriander, cassia bark and cardamom. Cassia imparts the snap of cardamom but is a hardier bark for distilling. Meanwhile orris, from the root of the iris flower, imbues an earthy flavour that compliments hints of sweet peppery notes and a suggestion of mint and perfumed lavender.

The bottle design brings to life Paul’s passion for vintage glassware and has been inspired by classic and ornate decanters from the ’50s and ’60s, celebrating the sophistication and glamour of the era. 

For gin aficionados, Artingstall’s Gin has been designed to create the ultimate Martini as its signature serve. Paul has created a collection of cocktails including the likes of ‘The Squeaky Door’ with Artingstall’s gin, cherry & elderflower liqueur, orange Curacao and soda, ‘Paul’s Plymapple’ with Artingstall’s gin, pineapple, lime and Yuzu citrus and a low-cal alternative, ‘Feig’s Skinny Soda’ with Artingstall’s gin, lime seltzer water, fresh mint and lime.
