
Hey Pesto - A delicious pasta recipe all the family will enjoy

This delicious family staple is a perfect to try out with the kids. Makes approx. 20 portions.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 whole large basil plant
- Large handful of cashew nuts
- Half a cup of olive oil
- 1 whole lemon
- 2 large handfuls of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3 large handfuls of baby spinach
- Barilla Spaghetti
METHOD
- Weigh and measure the dry ingredients.
- Grate the parmesan.
- Crush the garlic.
- Add them all into a blender (or if you prefer a pestle and mortar).
- Start grinding until smooth.
- Add the oil.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Cook the Barilla pasta according to the instructions on the pack.
- Mix together and enjoy!
